Jezlin: Get into control of your SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams provisioning and lifecycle

Provisioning SharePoint Online sites or creating new teams in Microsoft Teams is fairly easy and possible for every end user – a valuable feature which makes end users more independent of often overburdened IT departments and so increases the agility of an organisation.

This flexibilty comes with two pitfalls which have to be addressed:

• During creation of a site or team users can only choose from a small set of standard templates and have to customize the result according to their needs.
• The lifecycle of the created site or team is not easily controllable so in the long run you’re ending up with quite a lot of orphans.
